Under the Isengard moniker, Fenriz has a trio of releases, &#8216;Vinterskugge&#8217;, &#8216;H\u00f8stm\u00f8rke&#8217;, &amp; most recently the further collection of Fenriz&#8217;s early &amp; rare recordings, released in 2020 as &#8216;Varjevndogn&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The original version of &#8216;Vinterskugge&#8217; consisted of 3 separate recording sessions conducted between 1989 &amp; 1993 &amp; covering a multitude of styles, including doom, rock, folk, death, black &amp; viking metal. &#8216;Vinterskugge&#8217; also demonstrated Fenriz&#8217;s breadth of vocal styles, lending an epic edge to many of the tracks.<\/p>\n<p>This vinyl release contains the opening chapter from &#8216;Vinterskugge&#8217;, with the masterful &#8216;Vandreren&#8217; tracks becoming an inspiration to a generation for its folk-tinged epic viking anthems, amid its dark atmospheric tracks &amp; additional dose of black metal grimness.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Vandreren&#8217; is presented on black vinyl &amp; includes photography from Fenriz, plus additional lyrics.<\/p>\n<p>Tracklist:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">1.
